Step 1: View The Company Page

The quickest way I’ve found to do this is, to start by clicking the ‘Home’ button inside LinkedIn.

Then, in the side navigation, there will be a section titled ‘My pages’

Selecting which LinkedIn Company Page you want to export data from.

Click the link for which page you’d want to export data from.

Step 2: View The Pages Analytics

Once you’re viewing the page data. There is another browse menu. You want to click the link titled ‘Analytics’.

Step 3: Start The Export Process:

You’ll be able to see the basic analytics data for your LinkedIn Company Page.

And you’ll also notice a blue ‘Export’ button on the top right of the screen

Step 4: Select A Period

Once you’ve clicked the ‘Export’ button, you’ll see a pop-up
