Once you’ve logged into your Business Suite. If you have access to a few business portfolios. Select the one that the Facebook Page is under.

Next, expand the pop-out menu and go to the ‘Insights’ section.

This may appear as a shortcut at the top of the menu. If it doesn’t, scroll down to the ‘Analyze and Report’ section of the menu. And you’ll find it there.

You should now see an overview of “linked assets”

Step 2: View Your Facebook Page Overview

Now that you’re inside the Insight section of Meta Business Suite.

At the top right-hand side of the screen. There is a dropdown.

What I find is that this defaults to selecting the Facebook Page data for the linked accounts.

If it doesn’t, select the Facebook page you want to look at, and the screen will refresh. The business suite will now show an over for the Facebook Page.

Next, you will need to select only the Facebook Page to view data.

By default, the Meta Business Suite will select Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account data

There is a drop-down, at the very top of this screen. Open the menu and make sure the ‘Select none’ option is marked in the Instagram accounts section. And that the correct Facebook Page is selected.

Select a Facebook Page to review insights for.

Once that’s done. Click the ‘Apply’ button and the screen will update.

Step 3: View Results For A Facebook Page

Next, you’ll want to dig a little deeper into your insights.

The screen will also you to export data for a Facebook Page.

On the left-hand menu, click the ‘Results’ link.

This will take you to a screen, where it breaks down your Facebook Page data.

The export features inside Meta Business Suite are shocking if I’m honest.

You can either, only export data for a single metric. This guide shows you how to do it.

Or you have to set up a complex report inside the Business Suite. Then you can export this report as needed.

But it isn’t that easy.

Now that you can see that data for your Facebook Page. On this screen, you can export data for each metric as needed.

Start by selecting which period you’d like to export data for. You can do this on the top right of the screen. The Business Suite is good here, as it gives you a lot of default options. As well as letting you pick your own date range.

Once you’re happy you can then click the ‘Export’ button for each metric/graph you want the data for.

You can download the graph as a png if you’d like to embed it into a report.

Or as a CSV file, if you want to get the data into an Excel spreadsheet for example. So you can do your own analysis and data manipulation.
